Artists of Santa Cruz

continues with four new segments

created on Ceramic Demonstrations with

Geoffery Nicastro

creating a form on which to create a fountain sculpture,

canisters to carve printable images on for impressing into

wet clay slabs, which will be created in following segments.




The series is being created to demonstrate the arts of creation

"From the Ground Up"

and will be part of a garden art and ceramics area

on a forty acre mountain top being filmed in the series.

is focusing on the creation of Ceramic Sculpture

for the gardens.

In conjunction with the sister series,

Artists of Santa Cruz

this segment will be featuring a collaboration of artists

Richard Smith,

with creating a body mold of Plaster of Paris,

demonstrating work with Raku Sculpture Clay,

and

Tamara Lynn Scott

providing the expression of body form

concepting of theme,

Phoenix Rising

chosing a Firetone color palette,

Demonstrating painting with glazings.
